That miss by Benteke was pretty bad, but he was offside. Refs missed the fact that the keeper was way up the pitch at the time, so he was actually about 5 or 10 yards offside.

That miss by Benteke and Leicester chance right after that was the stuff of a nightmare.

But we won, finally. Job done.

Did he start his run from our half though mate? I can't remember if he did but you can't be offside in your own half.

No, he started the run from their half. Ethan is right, it was offside because only one player was in front of Benteke. Still a terrible miss though, glad it didn't cost us.

best game at anfield for klopp so far.

I think the key to today's performance was having the extra attacker in there, we started the game with Origi, Lallana, Firmino and Coutinho instead of the usual 3. Hendo and Can were able to handle the workload by themselves and didn't need Lucas or Allen to help them out and I think it showed in our performance.
That was a big win today, Leicester havent lost since September and the last time anyone stopped them scoring was last season.

Deserved win, we were better pretty much all game and only only negative is we should have won by more but 3 points against a team in form so no complaints

Get Sturridge in there for Benteke and that would be our strongest starting 11 (yes, with Lovren partnering Sakho and Milner/Lucas out of the side). Some of the players in that starting 11 will seriously need to step up their levels (Firmino, Can, and even Coutinho high on that list) but the 4-2-3-1 setup suits our players much more than the 4-3-2-1 or 4-3-3. I'd still like to see us try a forward partnership of Benteke-Sturridge with Coutinho, Lallana, and Henderson-Can in midfield but I dont see Klopp going for that atm.

Good win. Good goal, but terrible miss from Benteke who should be kicked in the nuts for being so craap.

Maybe this would force Klopp into signing a striker this January...Even he must understand that tactics and practice can take you so much you need talent.

Shame for the lad, he looked a real handful while he was on, I thought Morgan struggled to deal with Origi more than he did with Benteke.

Got the job done, nice 3 points on the bag.
Can't believe benteke poor judgement at the end. Why go for all the glory when you can pass it and guarantee and 2nd goal....
