Same lineup as last week...Klopp is really a stubborn a$$ I really find it hard to understand his decisions...Robertson after a super display benched for a poor excuse for LB and again the 3 stooges MF..Hope for the best but Klopp isn't helping our cause...

Look I know it's the dreaded Hendo, Can, Wijnaldum midfield combination but there's no need for everyone to start panicking, I'm doing enough panicking for all of us.

Surprised at Moreno inclusion like most reds.

Be a hard game they will no doubt score at least 1 so buckle in for a bumpy ride.

Hate that midfield three. Klopp needs to sort it out going forward imo. Maybe have Wijnaldum and Can push up a bit higher and press a bit more rather than sit as deep as they do and play it sideways. They dont get ahead of the ball enough and Wijnaldum is the only one who has a bit of confidence to turn on the ball every now and then when an opposition player is anywhere near.

We not only miss Lallana's pressing, for me what we miss the most is how he can turn slow possession, or an insignificant counter attack, into a dangerous play with a clever turn or a run down the flank for a quick one-two with one of the forwards. Reduces our reliance on the fullbacks and adds another dimension to our attacking game.

He's a useless ***** that boy, Moreno....Mane had to cover for him there.

we need to keep them under pressure far too sloppy

Flying start we really do look threatening on every attack.. but everytime they attack our defenders look all over the place. It's clear to see where we need improving.

Our left back is aching for a defender...Moreno drifts to the center all the time..

Hoffenheim do look threatening at times when they attack however we are comfortable and will win this.

Would be nice if Can gets a hatrick.

Defensively Trent has looked more vulnerable than Moreno imo, we are playing well though, these are no mugs and we could have scored 5 or 6 that half easily. Just got to finish the job off now.

Trent is being challenged by Gnabry I agree but Moreno is losing to shadows as he is clearly out of position all the time..

Moreno has every attribute to be a very good left back.. potentially world class!! But he's braindead and has no awareness of what's happening around him.

Wijnaldum has been muck tonight. So many unforced errors.
