It all comes a few days too late, of course, but it was an excellent all-round performance tonight and a fitting way to end the season in front of the home supporters.  Let's keep the tape of this performance to remind the lads how to be rebuild Fortress Anfield next season. 

WE end up 7th.

Great performance although it looked like Chelsea couldn't be arsed about this game. Thoughts on the game:

Carrol looks great and worked his socks off. I think he has a good chance of making the Euro squad.

Henderson showed some flashes. Well-taken goal. It would be a huge mistake to offload him for a huge loss this summer. Lets give him a couple of years to develop.

Carra- still a great player. Would be insane to get rid of him.

I still think Kuyt is in our top 11 players and I wouldn't get rid.

I would keep Maxi too. Think he's a great sub at the very least
