The loss at Old Trafford sealed 2nd for Mannure imo.

I can't see us shifting a 4 point swing.

Anyhow 3rd is in our hand so i really hope we do get it.

At this stage and with the semi finals coming up against Roma, I cant really seeing us getting second.

4 points adrift from the shyte in second spot now, looks like we will run out of games to catch them, unfortunately.

3rd or 4th,doesn't matter either way, really let's just focus on the European Cup.

LIVERPOOL

(Roma)
Stoke H 28th
(Roma)
Chelsea A 6th
Brighton H 13th

TOTTENHAM

Watford H 30th
West Brom A 5th
Newcastle H 9th
Leicester H 13th

CHELSEA

Swansea A 28th
Liverpool H 6th
Huddersfield H 9th
Newcastle A 13th

Still a few tricky fixtures the others will be facing.
I can see both possibly dropping points against Rafas lads.

Chelsea is basically a do not lose. Achieve that and it's done

A draw will do at Chelsea... I guarantee it, we will not need more than that. So can play our shyte rotational side :)

Yesterday result was a very very bad one...it means we must win against stoke at home...If we don't then we will probably face Chelsea for a game on CL spot which is terrible...
Stoke fighting relegation and we have the Roma 2nd leg a few days later...Very bad result yesterday.

One more win will be enough to secure top 4. I'm not sure Chelsea will win all of their remaining games and Spuds are looking wobbly, with Kane being half injured.

One Win will be enough if it's against Chelsea  :D
I really think Stoke is a must win for us.

If we just win our last two home games, against Stoke and Brighton, that should be more than enough...

Only trouble is, Salah will be needed in all our matches, as well as the CL semi final legs, so I hope he doesn't burn himself out.

With our superior GD (+9) a draw will do against Chelsea, a draw at Stamford Bridge would give us 73 points, even if Chelsea then went on to win all their remaining games 73 points would be the maximum points total they could achieve.
Unless they go on a scoring spree a draw should see us over the line. Even if they do go on a scoring spree a draw against Brighton in our final game would put us on 74, a points total they couldn't achieve.
A draw next week would be a great result.

So 3rd is back in our hands again after spurs lost. If we best Chelsea, i think we're in a good position to finish 3rd...

Klopp: 'We don't have the squad.  We have injury problems.  The players coming back are without rhythm. We have 11/12 players who play constantly - that never helps.'

They are all probably well knackered!
Klopp needs to address this in the summer, some decent back up for our strikers and another top midfielder, as well as Keita.
