Crucially, what we have seen so far from him in a red shirt, can he keep up this level of performance for the whole season!? Consistency etc. That's the key issue.

I think together with Couts and Mane, he is our top 3 player in the team. His finishing may nit be great (he's never a striker) but he puts instant pressure on the oppositions' defence with his direct running and link up play.

Credit to Klopp, he has made the prospect of losing Couts abit more bearable because we are still effective without Couts, which cant be said for last season.

What a signing he is turning out to be. May his good form continue all the way.

Wow, is that right? More goals than even Kane and Lukaku? That is some going especially for someone who starts out wide.

Can't fault him really. Can he keep it going for the whole season though, or is this just a good spell?

I wrote this in september:
"He needs to have a serious word with himself (or someone else does) for his absolute Fu*king wastefulness in front of goal. As magnificent as he was in front of goal against arsenal he was the exact opposite today. I'm still fuming at his sh'it effort when he was through and passed the ball back to their goalie! Slot the thing for fu'cks sake!!!!

I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO glad he listened to me!

He has been nothing short of fantastic since his arrival  :bowdown  A real hard worker with constant movement and a goal return to rival anyone  :buttrock  With any luck we can keep him fit for a whole season or at least until someone else starts finding the net on a regular basis.

The way he shifted is weight to glide the ball beyond the keepers grasp was almost effortless in its conception, reminded this particular Kopite of the grace in some of Dalglish's most celebrated goals. I don't think I can proffer any higher praise than that !
