His composure and calmness in front of goal, is what sets him apart.

Only Lionel Messi is the only player who reminds me of such composure.

His link up play, particularly with Firmino is almost telepathic this season. Great stuff.

Hopefully he'll bag a few more tommorow :p

Was gutting seeing him have to go off in tears. Amazing footballer, top professional and just an all round nice guy. Injury doesn't look good but really hope the shoulder isn't dislocated and he makes it to the world cup, he deserves to be there amongst the best players. Doesn't look too hopeful but really hoping he makes it.

If he will be out for the world cup then i won't be watching it. I was only going to watch him to be honest.

Salah you have done us proud come back stronger and show everyone you are not a one season wonder.

I thinking ramos will be hoping he makes it too. Last thing he needs is a load of angry Egyptians after him when the first time in 28 years they've got to the finals and now he's put out a player who is more respected than their own president ha ha if I was ramos I'd be praying for Salah right now.

What a player this lad is. I was heartbroken to see him in tears. He's a special man with a great smile. He doesn't deserve what Ramos did to him.
As for Ramos...I don't suppose we can fault him. He's experienced, knows how to play the game, and he knows that holding onto someone's arm as he did has the potential to cause injury.
I think punishments should be made retrospectively. Do what Ramos did to someone at amateur level and you'd be done for ABH. But right now that's not how it works. Cheating carries low risks and high gains in football.

This endless complaining about Ramos is embarrasing.

Heh, that was my first post in like two years. Hardly endless, is it? Maybe in your world. Not in mine.

I seen this on the news the other day and I felt really sorry for Mo being paraded around by a gangster looking dude in a naff trackie.  Personally I don't think he had any choice in the matter but its creating a few headlines.

When I seen it I thought he looked really uncomfortable and I think its the same in those photos.  Salah is a cheerful lad and he looks anything but in them pic's.

Yep great news. It's highly unlikely that he'll be able to repeat last seasons freakish exploits again (40 odd goals is just f**king ridiculous) but even if he can score half that amount he will still be a huge asset. If he can weigh in with 20+ goals next season from a wide-ish position that would be fantastic.

I still think he will score at least 30 in all competitions. His composure, Intelligence and clinical finishing is just too good not to.

Signed a new contract yes, but so did Coutinho about 1 year before he left, singed a new long term deal, then wanted out. So read into it what you will. They've probably offered him more money due to last seasons performance etc.

Contracts don't mean diddly squat these days.

Liverpool, however as a club are on an upward curve, we have one of the best managers in Europe, We just need to hopefully keep hold of our best players like Salah for at least 5 years, if possible so Klopp can build something meaningful.
