I'm actually not long awake here. What's the best thing for a hang-over? Anyone know? Don't say more beer.

Co-codamols. These work wonders. Soluble are better.

Failing that, get some toast. If you cant stomach food, and you are feeling like you are going to hurl, then hurl. Dont try to hold it in, get to the bog and flow until you can flow no more ! You will feel much better afterwards.

If you can, just go back to bed. You will still feel like cr@p when you get up again, just not as bad.

Caffeine. Chug coffee until it kicks in. This works eventually.

I would recommend Co-codamols above anything though, you can get a few soluble ones cheap from the chemist to keep in the cupboard for those hangovers.

I put this advice down to good ole experience

A nice greasy fry-up and a mug of sweet tea.

Of course hash browns, bubble and another sausage wouldn't go a miss in that fryup, but you get the picture.

I visited my Mrs' rellies in France a few years back, they laid on a spred and I hoaned into this platter. I was munching on this dried up dark looking salami stuff. Her uncle asked the Mrs in French 'hmm.... he seems to like that', she translated his question to which I went yeah not bad this. Then my misses and him both started talking in French and started laughing. They then told me it was dried pigs blood.

Funny thing is when you're sometimes told what food is, it can instinctly put you off. back in Thailand last week I did try Pig's intestine, and I can safely say it wasn't my cup of tea.
