Any Viz readers here? I think it's a bit like Chubby Brown, crude and lewd, but very funny and under the toilet humour there's some subtlety brilliant wit. One of the subjects in the letters page is "lames to fame". People write in any lame or vague celebrity stories they have witnessed. I remember one guy's neighbour had done some plumbing work for Jet from Gladiators. Maybe you have a lame to fame?

I have a few. My dad used to own a pub near Darlington Civic Theatre. I lived there (which was really cool!) and we had numerous z-list guests. Two such guests were Paul and Barry Chuckle. Can't remember which is which, but I saw am episode once where they played for Rotherham, hehe. So I asked the taller one if he was a Rotherham fan and he chuckled, as one might expect. Turns out he's a Red and goes to Anfield a lot. He was a nice bloke too. Bought me a pint.
